I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker in the Niagara Region with experience providing psychotherapy to diverse clients presenting with a wide range of difficulties including mental health concerns, relationship challenges, youth related issues, and difficulty functioning and coping. As a client-centered, holistic and trauma informed-focused practitioner, I strive to provide a safe therapeutic space where clients can process their emotions in a deep and meaningful way which empowers them to uncover their own natural ability to heal and find meaning and connection within the world.
My practice is guided through a trauma informed lens, in which a focus is placed on on identifying current strengths and abilities. Through use of evidence-based treatment techniques, clients can expect an eclectic approach to treatment that is client-centered and anti-oppressive which will have them take an active and creative role in sessions.
I have a special interest in working with trauma, sense of self and relationship issues. I look forward to working together to help you on your way to wellness. Counselling and Therapy Services are offered to those in and around the Niagara Region (including Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland, Grimsby and surrounding areas).
